兜兜转转差不多快两个月,终于在圣诞前收到了这个Turnigy Evolution。
最初在HobbyKing上订的是白色的,然而下单等了一个多礼拜,才被告知没货,补货差不多要等一个多月。好吧,那我就退单求其次,订了个黑色的。结果也是状况连连:现实给了个tracking number显示carrier是新加坡邮政,当时我就纳闷了,从香港仓发出的东西怎么会用新加坡邮政,客服还肯定了,说反正也是有EMS服务的,哪个carrier并不重要。好吧,等啊等,中间和HBK的客服几次“交流”,到了上周直到我又去找客服的时候才告知换了tracking number和carrier。。。我艹~
更有意思的是,系统显示这个包裹是本月14号才刚刚从HK发出,然后中间5天时间没有任何further info。那么昨天只好自己联系香港邮政,人家说已经发出了就归中国邮政管,打电话过去。客服是个南方人,我觉得像福建的还是广州的……好酥,但就不给解决问题,还让我找香港邮政,完全就是踢皮球。然后我只能再次投诉到Hobbyking,态度依然没话说,最后的原话是这样的:
I know that you are very upset about this matter as you’ve been waiting so long and I really understand where you are coming from. This is very inconvenient on your part but let me have this coordinate with our warehouse department as well as with the management since we valued you as our customer. I am sincerely asking for your patience about this issue.
这样的时候,我也只能说,“Thank you for your supporting”
